A Snow Day

A snow day

I filmed this during a snow day in upstate New York.

I cleared the driveway, pulled my son in a sled, and let work turn into play.

This isn’t a statement or a vlog, but an observation.

I wanted to remember a day while it was happening — the labor, the stillness, and the small window of childhood that still exists.

This short film is part of an ongoing effort to pay attention to ordinary moments before they disappear, and to document life without performance or urgency.

It’s meant to be watched slowly.
