This historic DC neighborhood still holds traces of its industrial past.  With its combination of history, culture, and nightlife, there are few places with the allure of Georgetown in DC.  Here are some photos, first of a restaurant on P street looking in the direction of the neighborhood, and then various shots of the canals, which are my favorite part of Georgetown.  They’re a good reminder that communities are always subject to change, and capable of redefining themselves, for better or for worse.
